HomeStaging AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a mobile application that helps real estate professionals virtually stage listing photos using artificial intelligence. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and, optionally, your name. We use this only to identify your account.
• Listing photos: Photos you upload are stored in our cloud storage and sent to our AI processing partner (Replicate) to generate staged images. Photos are associated with your account and accessible only to you.
• Listing data: Property addresses and room labels you enter are stored in our database and associated with your account.
• Usage data: We may collect basic usage logs (e.g., errors and crashes) to improve the app. No advertising identifiers are collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the HomeStaging AI service.
• To process your listing photos through our AI staging pipeline.
• To sync your listings and staged results across sessions.
• To diagnose technical issues and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data or photos to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage. supabase.com/privacy
• Replicate: AI image processing. Your photos are sent to Replicate solely to generate staged results. replicate.com/privacy
• Apple / Google: Sign-in providers, subject to their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Your account data, listings, and photos are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete any listing or photo from within the app at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at the address below.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Photos are stored in access-controlled cloud storage and are not publicly accessible. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy

HomeStaging AI is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
