Terms of Service

By downloading or using HomeStaging AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

HomeStaging AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate virtually staged versions of real estate listing photos. You may use the App for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos you upload.

2. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to generate staged images. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or free of errors. AI-generated images may occasionally alter architectural details or add elements not present in the original photo. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with clients or using it in any listing.

3. Account

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and listing data you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the App.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App's AI pipeline.
• Use AI-generated images to misrepresent a property in a fraudulent or misleading way.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Subscription and Billing

Details about pricing and subscription plans will be provided within the App. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
